4. Open Sourcing or Uploading: Friedman concentrates on uploading, which is a method that people can rely on to share their information through the Web globally. Thousands of people can collaborate together around the globe and work on all kinds of ideas and projects. Friedman considers this flattener the most disruptive force of all.

5. Out Sourcing: Many companies have realized that they can reduce their cost by dividing their companies into sectors and locate them in different regions of the world.

6. Off-shoring: Off shoring is a movement of one of the company’s industrial unit to a foreign country that the companies benefit from it. Two major reasons of off shoring are, fewer taxes and trade barrier. Some companies have realized the best way to do this is to send some of their operations to places like China and India, which reduces cost.
